We have the all in one Canon IFP830 and my printer/copier is out of ink and will not allow the the printer/copier to connect. We do not use the printer mainly on the scanning portion of the unit. Is there a solution to scan without having printer/copier connected?

Yes, all the ColorTrac devices are compatible with Windows 10 according to the release table on the developer's website. I recommend that you check the table to see which version of SmartWorks MFP is required. From what I see, you need the TOUCH version of the software.
When I scan blueprints (we just recently had this serviced, so it was working just fine), the ones that are a little yellowed come out appearing very reddish in the background. Can you help me to get them to scan true to color?

Try to print a test page before attempting other print operations because there is the possibility the printer isn't calibrated properly. Use the main software of the application and calibrate it using the options found in the Maintenance menu. Once the calibration is complete, print another test page and make sure everything is right. Additionally, the printing heads may be faulty.
